Support the Church’s Budget – EAT! Anna-Maria’s on Burlington Street will send donations to our church for all customers presenting a church bulletin when they place an order. A portion of the all bills linked to our church bulletin is sent to the church at the end of each month so enjoy a meal there any day of the week, but don’t forget your bulletin! Each Sunday bulletin is good for that week only.
Carson and Laura are scheduled to leave for Japan in early September. Support them with your prayers as they begin this ministry. Donation envelopes are available in the Communications Center if you feel led to support them with a donation. Thank you to all of our members and families who pledged donations for them. Their pledges began in August and will continue throughout Carson and Laura’s ministry in Japan. Follow and keep up with Carson and Laura Foushee while serving on a 3 year mission trip to Japan.
Blue Ribbon – March 11th. Pickup/download a flyer and take it with you to Blue Ribbon. When you give the flyer to your waiter/waitress 15% of your purchase will be donated back to FBC Elon Youth. In order for us to get the donation a drink must be purchased with your meal. Thanks for your support.
Pasta Lunch and silent auction – March 30th at 12:00 pm. The youth will be serving you lunch following the worship service. Also, the youth will be auctioning off various services for you to bid on.
Task Force Project
March Task Force event – March Madness 4 Cystic Fibrosis. The current totals for each team is included beside them. I will update this after each Sunday. Our Youth Group Goal is to raise $1,000.00 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation – To Find a Cure. This is the fifth fund-raiser we have sponsored for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation over the last 10 years. Each of the youth have been split up into teams to raise money for their team and for our cause. The event will end on Saturday, March 22 with an afternoon of basketball at FBC Elon – NCAA Tournament games on the big screen, shooting competitions in the parking lot, team games, lots of food, and fun.
